TERMS & CONDITIONS – BAGIN
1. Service Information
BagIn is an automated self-service luggage storage facility located at Via Merulana 273, Rome (00185).
The service allows customers to temporarily store luggage, suitcases, trolleys, and backpacks inside automatic lockers accessible via personal PIN code.
2. Opening Hours
The luggage storage facility is open every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Access to lockers is permitted only during opening hours.
3. Use of the Service
Customers are responsible for the proper use of the assigned locker and for keeping their personal access PIN secure.
Sharing the PIN with third parties is prohibited.
BagIn shall not be responsible for access carried out using the correct PIN by persons authorized by the customer.
4. Prohibited Items
It is strictly forbidden to store:

cash

jewelry or high-value items
-
important documents
-
flammable or hazardous materials
-
weapons
-
illegal materials
-
animals
-
perishable food
-
substances producing strong odors or harmful effects
BagIn reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities in case of suspected illegal use of the service.
5. Liability
BagIn adopts appropriate security measures, including video surveillance systems and personal PIN access.
However, customers use the service at their own responsibility.
BagIn shall not be liable for:

items left inside luggage

loss resulting from improper use of the PIN

force majeure events
-
damage resulting from the nature or contents of the luggage
Where applicable, BagIn’s liability shall in any case not exceed the value of the purchased service, except where otherwise required by law.
6. Video Surveillance
The area may be subject to video surveillance for security and property protection purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made electronically through the available systems on-site or online.
Unless otherwise specified, the purchased service is non-refundable once the locker usage period has started.
Any assistance requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Uncollected Luggage
If luggage is not collected within the booked period, additional charges may apply for extended storage.
If luggage remains uncollected for an unreasonable period of time, BagIn reserves the right to proceed in accordance with applicable laws.
